Cowabunga's Events Terms and Conditions

Your deposit payment for your party at Cowabunga’s is a binding contract for services between the card payer and Cowabunga’s Indoor Inflatable Playground. Note that the amount paid at booking is a deposit. Additional charges for the event itself and/or any additional purchases will become due on the date of your event.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION (14 Days Notice)

Your party is reserved explicitly for the date and time on your reservation. We welcome changes to be made under the following conditions: Changes must be made by speaking to a sales associate in-house or over the phone. E-Mail requests to modify date or time cannot be guaranteed delivered to our appropriate personnel. Proposed changes of reservation can be made one (1) time from original reserved date. Proposed changes must be made fourteen (14) days in advance. All details and items added to your party will be transferred at no cost to an acceptable alternate party date and time as available. If no acceptable time is offered, a full refund of your deposit will be made. Once your reservation has been changed, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION (Less than 14 Days Notice)

Your party is reserved explicitly for the date and time on your reservation. We welcome changes to be made under the following conditions: Changes must be made by speaking to a sales associate in-house or over the phone. E-Mail requests to modify date or time cannot be guaranteed delivered to our appropriate personnel. Proposed changes of reservation can be made one (1) time from original reserved date. Proposed changes must be made fourteen (14) days in advance. If given less than fourteen (14) days notice, your date can be transferred at no cost to an acceptable alternate party date and time as available. If no acceptable alternate party date is available, please see CANCELLATIONS, below. The card payer will, however, be responsible for all add-ons requested for that original date. Once your reservation has been changed, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

MULTIPLE RESERVATION CHANGES

As stated above, proposed changes of reservation can be made one (1) time from original reserved date. Once your reservation has been changed, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCIES

If changes need to be made due to sickness or family emergencies, please see the appropriate CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION paragraphs above.

COMMUNITY OUTBREAK (FLU, COVID-19, OTHERWISE)

If changes need to be made due to a community outbreak of a virus or impending measure that could potentially cause sicknesss, please see the appropriate CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION paragraphs above.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Cowabunga’s policy during inclement weather is to maintain an operating schedule that mirrors the nearest grocery store. We will remain open for business during most inclement weather events. Cowabunga’s understands that parties include guests near and far. Safe traveling to and from our facility is paramount. If inclement weather poses a risk, last minute changes to your party may be necessary. In which case, please see the appropriate CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION paragraph above.

CANCELLATIONS (14 Days Notice)

Full refund given. You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancelling must be made by speaking to a sales associate in-house or over the phone. E-Mail requests to cancel cannot be guaranteed delivered to our appropriate personnel. If cancelling with 14 or more days notice, Cowabunga’s will apply a refund using the same form of payment originally made and release the original date and time back to our open availability.

CANCELLATIONS (7-13 Days Notice)

Refund in the form of a gift certificate. You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancelling must be made by speaking to a sales associate in-house or over the phone. E-Mail requests to cancel cannot be guaranteed delivered to our appropriate personnel. If cancelling with 7 to 13 days notice, your deposit can be returned in the form of a non-expiring gift certificate. Cowabunga’s has reserved, staffed, and prepared your party slot and does not have enough notice to release and sell your time slot to another interested party. You are encouraged to CHANGE reservations using the details listed in the appropriate paragraphs above.

CANCELLATIONS (Less than 7 Days Notice)

No refund provided. You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancelling must be made by speaking to a sales associate in-house or over the phone. E-Mail requests to cancel cannot be guaranteed delivered to our appropriate personnel. If cancelling with less than 7 days notice, your deposit is non-refundable. Cowabunga’s has reserved, staffed, and prepared your party slot and does not have enough notice to release and sell your time slot to another interested party. You are encouraged to CHANGE reservations using the details listed in the appropriate paragraphs above
