At Cowabunga’s, it’s not just about fun—it’s about giving back! Our Cowabunga’s Cares program is powered by loose change, small donations, and the incredible generosity of guests like YOU! Every time you toss coins into our Wave of Change, or take part in one of our community projects, you’re helping a local organization make a real difference. Through our Community Champs program, nominated non-profits can receive donations!—thanks to your continued support!
DONATIONS!
We love to provide non-profit organizations with admission passes to include in their raffles and events. We do have a limited number we can hand out each month so we recommend submitting your request at your earliest convenience!
WAVE OF CHANGE!
At our Manchester location we have the Wave of Change! This is a spinning coin wishing well where kids can drop in loose change and watch it go round and round! Each month the change gets added up and every three months donated to a local non-profit. We love learning about different non-profits to support! COMMUNITY PROJECTS!
In addition to donations and the Wave of Change we also love to host community projects that our customers can join in on! We recently worked with Operation Gratitude to help them on their mission to deliver pictures and notes to veterans and first responders. We have also hosted a food drive in the past!
Upcoming Projects!
In celebration of National Care Bear: Show your Care Day from September 9th – September 12th we will be making cards to be donated to Cards for Hospitalized Kids. This organization helps to deliver greeting and holiday cards to kids who have been hospitalized across America and put a smile on their face.
