We have a long list of kids birthday party add-ons available at our store in New Hampshire! But, don’t worry too much about it yet! Cowabunga’s strives to make the party planning process stress-free! Start with using our easy online booking system to reserve your party. We’ll wait to take the rest of your orders until the Tuesday before you party. This way you’ll have a better idea of how many guests you’ll have coming before placing your orders!

Cowabunga’s does allow families to bring in the following items to their parties :: (1) Drinks & water, (2) Nut free cakes from a licensed bakery, (3) Individually packaged, nut free snacks, (4) paper goods if new & opened, (5) decorations if preassembled & balloons, (6) goody bags if nut free & preassembled.

HOT THEMES KIDS LOVE!

While your party at Cowabunga’s comes with all the fixin’s you need (white plates, napkins and utensils), you can upgrade to themed paper goods … all while skipping the trip to the party store.

  • Licensed Theme $89

    Each licensed theme comes with enough themed plates and napkins for your kids tables, as well as a printed table cloth, coordinating color table cloths, a jumbo balloon and three latex balloons.

  • Solid Color Theme (Public's) $39

    Each solid color theme comes with enough plates and napkins for your kids tables, as well as table cloths, and one dozen latex balloons!

Cowabunga’s allows you to bring your own decorations & tableware as long as plates, napkins & silverware are “new” and in unopened packages.  All decorations must be preassembled, including banners, centerpieces, goody bags & more!

MAKE YOUR OWN GOODY CUPS!

Our build your own good cup station is the perfect treat for your party.  Each child will be given a ticket to redeem at our goody cup station.  They will be able to pick a Cowabunga’s cup along with three toys!

Cowabunga’s has a full service balloon counter to take care of all needs!

    We have all your favorite styles and character balloons at the ready! We also carry oversized number balloons as well.

    Cowabunga's carries the a dozen different color latex balloons, including all the fun rainbow colors and more!

CHARACTER VISITS - $79

We’re a cast of characters! Surprise your child with a special character visit during his/her party. Characters will drop in during your party for 20 minutes for pictures, interactions & more!

Character visits are recommended for private parties, as this allows dedicated time without distractions from other kids. Character visits can be done during your private play time or in the private cake room. Your party planner will talk through the options with you.

These special visits can be done during a public party, but characters may also interact with children outside your party. We will make sure that the birthday party children get plenty of time as well!

FAQ's About Our Kids Birthday Parties ...

For both public & private parties, Cowabunga’s provides all white paper supplies, cups, silverware and napkins. Drinks, goody cups, balloons, decorations and food can be added to your party package for an additional charge.

Princess & Superhero visits are extra special, but only done on a very limited basis at Cowabunga’s in Manchester. While we work really hard to staff these visits when requested, we have very limited staff options that fit the “look” of each character. Sometimes princesses will wear wigs, and characters may be required to wear masks during their character . Please inquire with the store manager about your special character visit.

We will contact you the Tuesday before your party to go over all the details of your party.  During this time, you can order food, balloons, goody cups and add a character visit.  All orders must be in by Thursday at 3 pm before your weekend party.

Cowabunga’s allows you to bring the following items to your party.  We ask that any decorations be put together.  

  • Decorations (assembled)
  • Unopened themed or color paper goods 
  • Balloons
  • Goody bags (nut free & assembled)
  • Cake (nut free from licensed kitchen/bakery)
  • Hoodsie cups
  • Water bottles
  • Individually portioned drinks
  • Individually portioned, nut free snacks

Cowabunga’s does not allow home cooked food, food from other businesses or any food that contains nuts.  The only exception to this rule is a nut free cake from a licensed, commercial bakery or supermarket.

We do not allow alcohol either.

We ask that you bring your party supplies with you on the day of your party!  

Public parties will be able to decorate the party pavilion at the the start time of your rental.   

For private parties, we will have plenty of time to decorate while your guests bounce and play!  Typically, your party pros will start decorating 40 minutes after the start of your private party. Since our private parties follow the same rotation, you may not have access to the cake room before then, as another party may be in there.

Typically we can not accommodate requests to come early, as we have other parties using the space before your party.

We work our magic & everything gets cleaned and sanitized between parties but doesn’t allow for time to set up early.
